Acceptable Use Policy
You may use CalendarGuardian only for accounts and calendars you are authorized to access and manage.
Prohibited uses
- accessing or attempting to access another person's account without authorization;
- using CalendarGuardian to harass, stalk, disrupt, or interfere with another person's communications or calendar;
- using the service to distribute malware, phishing, fraud, or unlawful content;
- bypassing provider, account, security, licensing, or usage controls;
- reverse engineering or exploiting the service except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
- using automated access in a way that materially degrades the service or third-party platforms;
- processing Personal Data in violation of applicable privacy, employment, communications, or professional-obligation laws; or
- using the service in a sanctioned or prohibited transaction in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws.
Enforcement
DealDoctor may investigate suspected abuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third-party platforms, or comply with law. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure ordinary non-security violations.
